The information we process may include your name, contact details, date of birth, gender, work and education history, qualifications, and any other information you choose to include in your CV, application form, or cover letter.

We will only share your information where this is necessary for recruitment (for example with recruitment platforms or referees) or where the law allows or requires us to do so. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We normally keep candidate personal data for at least six months after the end of the recruitment process, or longer if required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. After that, it will be deleted or anonymised. If you would like us to keep your details on file for longer so we can contact you about future opportunities, we will ask for your consent to do so.

This privacy notice does not form part of any offer of employment or contract. If we offer you a role, we will provide further information about how we handle your personal information as an employee, worker, or contractor.
